BRIEF:The Proposed Condotel is located in a strategic point overlooking the lagoon area which is part of Dammam. It provides an unobstructed view of the soon to be developed Sihat Lagoon Park. The project is a 10-story high condotel in a 1,500 sqm lot. The ground floor being a parking space with a hospitable double height entrance lobby. An additional floor is provided for additional parking spaces to meet the required number of parking as per Municipality regulation. The first floor is where the administration and business offices. A dining place with an outdoor area overlooking the lagoon is also in the same level. |
The project provides 50 suites which comprise of 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom and studio units located on the second to eight floor. A Royal Suite is also added in the roof area. The façade is a combination of the regional architecture with a touch of contemporary style thereby preserving the traditional at the same time giving a little emphasis on the modern lifestyle. |
