BRIEF:

AFM’s role was to create modern interpretation of a “country side” villa, to be relocated on the family gated property. The approach was to design an “Earth Sheltered” residence, utilizing the topography, site orientation and water resources to create ultra-modern/comfortable residences, each with differenct flair. The three (3) brothers will share a partial tract of property, located inside the walls of the family palace. Each villa would be open enough, but forgiving enough to allow each brother his own privacy.
