BRIEF:

The Project is a Commercial Center proposed for the Yanbu Sector in Jubail Industrial City. The Building accommodates 4500 sq. mts. of shopping area including a mezzanine floor, 24 commercial shops, & 6 large commercial outlets, which will provide mixed services for the residents of the said Sector. The character of the building is a Mediterranean inspired Architecture, which blends well with the existing development in the area. This is only one of the many Projects of the Royal Commission in Jubail which provides commercial services for each of the sectors being developed in Jubail.
