BRIEF:

The proposed project is a commercial-office tower consists of retail outlets at the ground floor and mezzanine area located in a busy district of Riyadh. Surrounded by roads on three (3) sides of the property, the project has a showroom at the ground level and an office area at the top level. With a total lot area of 3,360 sqm, two (2) basement and 161 parking slots, this 10-storey tower has a skylight atrium at the office floors that provides a natural light. One special feature of the tower was a roof terrace cafe and a restaurant on the first level providing a majestic view of the city.
