BRIEF:

AFM in association with Atkins was appointed to build a modern style mixed-use project along Khobar-Dammam highway, Saudi Arabia. The project is standing on an overall plot area of 16,740 sqm and consists of:
• An office building with 14-storey height; 345 parking spaces
• 16 villas; 33 parking spaces
• A common facility

    

Design concept:
Tamimi Development is a contemporary commercial and more carefully-planned residential area that provides both a sense of unparalleled convenience as well as immediate escape of relaxation. The styles are modern interpretation of Gulf architecture; a fusion of contemporary style and come up with a concept that is acceptable in the region and at the same time addressing the global trend prevailing in the present times. Careful attention is given to building orientation, reducing glare, heat gain and utilizing grey-water recirculating system.
