BRIEF:While the program’s complex technical requirements demanded particular attention, the design is above all an attempt to create a sense of place that responds to the special requirements and needs of the clients. The designed plant and warehouse facilities for a fiberglass factory located in the new South Hidd Industrial Area at Bahrain. The project involved an attempt for ground breaking study on Bahrain Industrial architecture. Being a state-of-the-art plant, it involved Saudi investments compared with American technology. |
The project site occupied a manufacturing plant of 10,000 sqm, a warehouse of 6,000 sqm, office complex of 2,500 sqm and other related manufacturing facilities. All facilities were housed in a 40,000 sqm of land. |
