BRIEF:

The program called for the renovation of existing residential complex -located along the Prince Turkey Street, known as Corniche road- to a suite hotel by keeping the structural part and upgrading a 7000 sqm of space. Feasibility study considers the existing structure can hold good for 8 floors. The design study recommended an additional 2 floors above the existing 4 floors. Given the desire to bring the best suite hotel, design team developed:
• The ground level for front desk, general services and parking.
• The first four levels were designated for guest room suites of varying sizes from studio type to single and double bedroom type.
•The fifth level includes two fine dining restaurants & a central kitchen. The dining outlets been facilitated with separate guest and service elevators different from those serving guest room.
