BRIEF:

The project was intended to explore a new modern look of the facilities without losing the corporate image of the parent franchising company. A franchised image fused with a modern styled flavor was the driving criteria in development of the design image of the two-storey outlet at Dammam corniche. The total build area is 1180 sqm. The project needed to incorporate the parent company international standards of requirements besides establishing its unique character.
