BRIEF:

To create an architectural landmark is the aim of the project PMD Center Building. It’s a genuine monument of geometric forms and shapes with aesthetically functional response to the very contemporary type of architecture. In our design schemes, we tried not to fuse the modern architectural elements but also we produce and create designs that are of innovative and functional solutions. The design is thereof a dialogue between different forms or shapes. The building gross area is approximately 10,000 sq. m. and planned on a lot area of 7,000 sq. m. The facilities hold commercial spaces at ground floor to integrate the land use by RC, Jubail for the waterfront area where the project is situated.
