BRIEF:

The project was intended to explore a new look of the facilities without losing the corporate image of the parent franchising company. A franchised image fused with a modern styled flavor was the driving criteria in development of the design image of the two-storey L-shape commercial outlet at Madinah. The total build area is 1,428 sqm. The project needed to incorporate the parent company international standard of requirements besides establishing its unique character.
