BRIEF:A 10-story office building along prince Turki street (corniche road) at Khobar provides AFM an opportunity to bring aesthetic combined with functionality for a modern office space including the state-of-the-art facilities. By stacking office vertically foster an easy sharing of allied services & flexibility. A core located in the middle allows enhancing this vertically into a pure functional zone and adds value to the surrounding space. |
Approach to the elevation is simplified in using materials like glass, aluminum & granite. A broad base of granite for the podium adds visual treat to the verticality of the building body and glass façade enhances the hollowness of the building. The gross build up area of the building is approximately 8000 sqm of leasable office space and built on 1,200 sqm of lot area. The project is facilitated by basement car parking and rentable commercial spaces. |
