BRIEF:Located in the heart of Dammam city old down town center, in the busiest city commercial spot, the project is to take place over four old commercial building in the old souk area. Ground and Mezzanine floors were designated for different shop outlets. Whereas, typical and second floors for residential apartments. |
The architectural concept has been developed, where the podium is styled in a traditional architectural topology integrating with the urban study theme made by our office and set by local authority as the new urban guidelines for the Dammam down town re-development projects. |
