BRIEF:

AFM bagged this project which involve purely office complex for the owners A.R. Al Gosaibi pharmaceutical warehousing company. The challenging site abuts the main road & the rear road by a level difference of one floor level which consonance with the building design and can be approached by two roads. A monumental curved wall at the front emphasizes the arrival experience with louvers at the upper level, blocking direct view of opposite neighboring residential units and open below forms a columned arcade shows a distinct feature in the main façade.

The centralized service core allows the office to share common facilities & to maximize day lighting. The gross area of the lot is 5400 sq. m. approximately, and the total built-up area is about 17000 sq. m.
