BRIEF:HAK Group, the parent company of the well recognized Rikaz Development has decided to renovate & improve their HQR office building. The landscape concepts have driven its potential from the site obstacles and limitations.The tight and narrow site approach has been widened by developing the public sidewalk as an integration of the entrance pathways. The removal of existing boundary wall has helped in raising the image of the existing sunkened building entry level. |
The use of local quarried stone and clay brick combination was enhanced by fiber optic foot lightings and soften by Japanese grass and low shrubs. Main entrance was made visible for pedestrians approaching the building from different directions thru the long Washingtonia trees placed both sides of the entrance. A washed lit sign on a free standing retaining wall,enhanced by a falling water fountain was placed at street intersection corner. Steel light pollards were placed at the front of the sign to help in adding traffic safety measures. |
