BRIEF:

The project consists of the addition of a new 4 story 10,000 sq. m. sustainable – green building adjoining an existing office building located in downtown Riyadh, KSA. The program required the maximum allowable floor area to be allocated for this addition. The proposed building consisted of “double-green” roof that utilizes “grey-water” reclamation and treatment for its sustainability.
