BRIEF:

The new SABTANK building is to be located in the Jubail Industrial area. The design of the building goes beyond the conventional as it was the Client’s desire to create a landmark office equipped with high-tech facilities. A five-story structure of admin office and a two story block of support facilities segregated visually and connected virtually by a bridging corridor at the first floor level. The two building juxtaposed creates an open courtyard, and brings a rhythm between them. Thus, allowing continuous experience of the green plaza atmosphere being perceived while entering or existing both building entrances that were directly positioned underneath the architectural bridge spanning both buildings. The striking corridor and a semicircular support building are to exemplify an architectural facet.
