BRIEF:

The project consists of the following four contiguous buildings, each with its separate entrance: the office complex, warehouse, dormitory and a service building.

The office building’s composition is capped by an arching a pseudo-wall, which unifies the architectural design, while providing a sculpturistic image. The office spaces are designed as ground floor for the owners and the other typical floor as rentable spaces. Built over a lot area of 5250 sqm, the office complex has 2,000 sqm. The warehouse is located on the south end of the lot and accessible by access road while dormitory and service block occupy the center of the lot. Open play court was centrally located utilizing surrounding buildings and trees shades.
