BRIEF:

AFM has been appointed for the interior design and fitting out project of British Council office at 7th floor Al-Rashed office at Al-Khobar. The scope involved design, engineering and project management services. This fast track project completed in accordance with the highest international professional standards, with due regard to modern design and planning and local conditions prevailing on site and without causing any damage to the building main structure.

   

Designed to accommodate the class rooms and office space, the concept demarcated clearly both the zones and gave flexibility to access each other. Highest security standards, latest communication facilities and up to date classrooms paneling and equipment specs were some of the challenging design criteria addressed during the execution of this project.
