A twenty-five story landmark tower to facilitate state-of-the-art spaces all within the tight area constraints imposed by site. The building programmed encompasses more than 24000 sqm of office spaces and related amenities. The challenge involves modern open planning office spaces and demanding hi-tech requirements.
